Restore data from backup

• All data are backuped/mirrored by RAID1 technology for hard drive failure prevention. This backup can't protect data, that are changed, deleted or demaged.
• For hardware failure we backup data in 1 day period at night. This backup is used for our internal purposes in case of servcer failure.
• We can find or restore user data if backup contains required data.
• We don't garantuee, that we can backup or restore all data
• We can't backup data that are locked or using, protected data, databases with user instances, databases in use or databases with disabled backup, Microsoft Access databases, etc.
• Restoration can take some time. If it is possible, we can provide restore as additional service on hourly rate.
• We don't allow by our terms to store sensitive, valuable, business-critical or confidential data.
